To build an inclusive society where persons with disabilities, women, children, and older persons from economically
weaker and disadvantaged communities have equal opportunities for dignity, security, education, employment,
and meaningful participation in decision-making.
Mission
To achieve our vision, PDSS facilitates access to rights, entitlements and essential services for persons with
disabilities, women, children, and older persons from economically weaker sections through community-based
identification, awareness, capacity building, linkage with government schemes, and collaboration with stakeholders
for their empowerment and inclusion.
