Major Achievements During 2025–2026
During 2025–2026, PDSS conducted extensive community-based surveys covering 21 types of disabilities as per the
RPwD Act.
Through door-to-door outreach in rural and underserved areas, eligible persons with disabilities were identified
and supported in accessing their rights and government entitlements.

In addition, continuous support and departmental convergence are being ensured to link persons with disabilities
